Meet The Host
Rimmer originally studied fashion and textile design and taught himself to cook. He opened his first restaurant, Greens, in 1990, with two cookery books and hardly any experience in the kitchen, but with an overwhelming passion for creating a great destination.
Kate Quilton grew up on the outskirts of Bury St. Edmunds with elder sisters Kerry and Stacey and older brother Mark. She rose to fame after conducting an experiment as a student in which she ate only kebabs. The Stunt was picked up by a national paper.
