  • 30 pcs Betel leaves
  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onions
  • 2 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts

Filling:

  • 500g minced beef
  • 150g minced pork
  • 2 tbsp minced lemongrass (white portion only)
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced shallots
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce (adjust to preference)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp white pepper powder

Dipping sauce:

  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4-5 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
